PROJECT SUMMARY:he Kaiser Permanente Crescent Center is a 3-story Medical Office Building located in Tucker, Georgia that was originally built in 1994. HDR’s design scope includes an extensive renovation of the clinical spaces on the Second and Third Floor totaling an area of work of 31,468 SF. The renovation includes extensive interior design and building systems upgrade. HDR’s design scope enables Kaiser Permanente’s new clinical care operations and practices in this facility as it continues to be implemented in the Georgia Region.The Next Generation Health Hub, as described by KP, is Kaiser Permanente’s platform for an evolved medical office building, blending hyper-efficiency and new operational models to achieve a value-added member experience.
